The first time that I heard something in english, I was a little child and I didn´t want to eat my lunch, My aunt that is a very funny woman said: If I sing for you, You Will eat your luch? And she started to dance and sing the hits of Madonna and The Police, and I felt wondered with this, (obviously that I ate all my luch) since this moment I always hear english songs, from movies I heard the songs and copy the lyrics in a notebook and in this way I could make more sensitive my ear and learn english. Years later, I went to live to the island and in the rural schools the teachers didnt learn English, so my dad that learned English with a course because he need it for his job (all of the managers of the company where he worked were scotish) teach me somethings like animals, vegetables, the numbers, vocabulary. When I moved to the city and go to a city school my English level was horrible, so I study English a little bit every day, because the teachers dind´t have compassion with the island girl. Then my English level increased and I finished with the best marks of my class, so I bored all the time, because the teachers every year taught the same things, and sing the same songs (kid´s songs) like The Seasons, Over the Rainbow, They used a book named Sesame Street (was about Muppets) when I was 10 years old Iwas happy with this book, but later I think that the book was a stupid thing. When I go to the secondary school I moved to another school where the English level was worst. So I didn´t learn too much. Now at the University I can practice more, because every week I learn something new and is more interactive than my first experiences.
